Year 12 Elective Programme

Our Sixth Form Elective Programme offers Year 12 students the chance to shape their own development beyond the curriculum. As part of our commitment to developing well-rounded, confident, and independent young people, students choose two elective courses from a broad and exciting range of options.

The electives are designed to foster supercurricular curiosity, encourage teamwork and leadership, and support well-being and personal growth. Whether taking part in the Bar Mock Trial, exploring healthcare careers through Medical Society, gaining a leadership qualification, developing a personal project through the EPQ, or improving confidence in debate and public speaking, students will be challenged to think beyond the classroom and connect with peers who share their interests.

The programme also includes options focused on physical activity and mental well-being, helping students balance their academic studies with healthy habits and positive relationships.
