My name is Redcine Lawson. I have four children two of which attend local Grammar schools. I am passionate about Education as I was privileged enough to attend a very happy, nurturing, and caring boarding school in Zambia from the age of 12 to 16 years.

I have a degree in accounting and finance from the University of Greenwich and a Diploma in International Management Accountants. I have worked in accounting practice and Housing Management Accounts for more than 16 years.

Apart from being a Governor for ChSfG I also hold a National Treasurer role for another Charity which operates in the British youth Isles and Ireland. My passion for Education has finally made me take the courage to change my career and I am now doing my postgraduate in Education to become a primary school teacher and I feel that I will add value to supporting early years.

I believe that this is a very important starting area of Education, in developing well rounded children, by identifying their needs early and getting the early intervention before they progress to secondary school.
